The Latest Success Stories from Our Fantastic Apprenticeship Program
Sep 07, 2020

At Cubic Interactive we place a big emphasis on spotting and growing young talent through our apprenticeship program and are committed to progressing as many apprentices as possible on to specialised roles within the company. A couple of our apprentices have been able to achieve just that in recent weeks and another has just begun his apprenticeship journey.

Our apprenticeship program is our opportunity to bring IT-literate and enthusiastic candidates on board and train them in delivering and developing our Rapport3 software. Recently, a couple of our apprentices have completed their programs and have joined the team full-time, so we are shining a light on their brilliant achievements, as well as introducing our newest apprentice.

Tom Knibbs

Tom Knibbs

Tom joined Cubic as a Support Consultant in July 2018 after completing his GCSEs and finishing his A-Levels in IT. He successfully completed his apprenticeship towards the end of 2019 and moved to the Rapport3 & Gekko Development team, where he is doing really well. Tom's job title has now changed to 'Junior Developer'.

Isaac Edwards

Isaac Edwards

Isaac joined the team in October 2018 after achieving his GCSEs and completing A-Level qualifications in IT. He successfully finished his apprenticeship approximately 12 months later and has joined the Implementations/Operations team, looking after new clients for Gekko and Rapport3 from the point of sale. Isaac's job title has changed to 'Software Implementation Consultant'.

Kyle Dixon

Kyle is one of our newest members of staff and will be working through the new 'Digital Support Technician' apprenticeship standard with Cubic. He has completed his GCSEs and A-Level qualifications and will spend a year as a Software Support Consultant in the Customer Experience Team, working closely with clients to assist with the day-to-day problems they may encounter.

Craig Johnstone
Craig Johnstone will be joining our apprenticeship program on the 7th September, also undertaking the ‘Digital Support Technician’ qualification. He has completed his GCSE and A-Level qualifications as well as working part-time since age 14. Craig chose us as he wanted to work with a young and vibrant team and a rapidly expanding business.
We are so pleased to see such talented individuals both progressing through and joining our apprenticeship program and look forward to seeing them continue to advance and develop.
