NRAP Architects is a unique and highly skilled RIBA-chartered firm of award-winning architects, working across several disciplines including architecture, masterplanning, urban design, interior design, and landscape. They are based in Cambridge, providing bespoke design and project management services in a variety of sectors including community, commercial, residential and education. They have established a national reputation for beautiful buildings and interiors in sensitive locations. 

NRAP joined us in August this year, taking on our Gekko Email Management software. Their existing email management system was reliant on an application running inside every instance of Outlook saving emails to shared folders. User adoption was poor and they could not move to Office365. 

So they took on Gekko Email Management. The new Gekko add-in for Outlook will work across Macs and PCs and, in conjunction with Office365, can automate set-up. Users were able to use simple drag-and-drop functionality to move all existing project emails in shared folders into their new indexed Gekko environment. Now, all of NRAP’s team can access project emails, which are automatically filed in the correct folders to keep track of all project correspondence. With a handy and fast search feature, locating the right email exactly when they need it is simple.
