How Clients are Helping Shape the Future of Rapport3: Highlights from Our Client Workshop
On October 15th, we were delighted to host a collaborative Rapport3 client workshop at PRP’s London offices, bringing together a group of clients to help shape the future of our Quality Assurance (QA) and Purchase Order/Purchase Invoice (PO/PI) modules.
The day was all about open dialogue, sharing ideas, challenges, and opportunities to refine two of Rapport3’s most widely used features.
Exploring Quality Assurance in Rapport3
The morning session focused on the QA module, exploring how it supports quality management across projects. Clients shared what’s working well, from streamlined workflows to reliable reporting, while also highlighting opportunities to make the process even more intuitive and connected across teams.
The discussion surfaced valuable feedback on how QA tools in Rapport3 can continue to evolve to better support consistency, visibility, and efficiency.
Enhancing Purchase Order and Invoice Workflows
After lunch, the focus shifted to PO/PI workflows, reviewing how Purchase Orders are created, approved, and linked to invoices within Rapport3.
Attendees discussed what they value most, such as clear approval processes and flexibility across teams, while also identifying areas for improvement, like easier data entry, deeper linking between POs and PIs, and more transparent reporting.
These insights will directly inform the ongoing enhancements to financial workflows in Rapport3, helping practices save time and reduce manual effort.
Collaboration that drives improvement
At Rapport3, we believe the best software is built collaboratively. Workshops like this enable us to collaborate directly with firms that utilise Rapport3 on a daily basis, ensuring it continues to evolve in ways that truly support their needs.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to PRP for hosting us in their beautiful London offices. Your input and energy are invaluable in helping us shape the next phase of Rapport3.
