Looking to integrate their finance system with Rapport3, Murphy Philipps have taken on our Sage 50 module.

Murphy Philipps is an architectural practice dedicated to excellence in delivering practical and high quality design within time and cost constraints. Established in 1997 and based in Central London, they have experience in commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors. 

They recently decided to add to their existing Rapport3 package. Having appreciated the cohesive nature of Rapport3, they decided it would be beneficial to integrate their finance system with it through our Sage 50 Integration module. This will enable a bi-directional transfer of financial information between Rapport3 and Sage 50, helping them to better view, analyse and control their project finances. 

Additionally, it allows for the automatic flow of data between systems and the removal of data double entry. As such, it is possible to reduce errors, improve efficiency and productivity. It includes simple transaction approval prior to data flowing from Rapport3 to Sage. 

Sales invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses are pushed from Rapport3 to Sage. The integration also allows for the automatic alignment of nominal codes, TAX codes, customer and supplier accounts.
