Marek Wojciechowski Architects Take On Rapport3 to Improve Efficiency

Marek Wojciechowski Architects recently took on our Rapport3 Project Costing, Contacts (CRM), HR and Newforma integration modules to streamline their processes and boost efficiency within the practice. 


Marek Wojciechowski Architects (MWA) was established in 2004, and since then they have been driven by the pursuit of quality in buildings. They adopt a sustainable approach, believing that new buildings must only be undertaken after rational analyses of function, context, materiality, and environmental impact. They have a team of young, ambitious and cosmopolitan architects, who together speak 10 European languages and work principally in Central London, though their work can be found throughout the UK.

MWA were using Harvest and a range of spreadsheets for their project management and accounting, but wanted an integrated solution to improve efficiency and be able to cope with change going forward in this uncertain climate, which would be fundamental in their future success. They adopted our Rapport3 Project Costing , Contacts (CRM) , HR and Newforma Integration modules, which enable them to access all business and financial information through a single interface (R3), and achieve no data duplication, therefore less mistakes.

Designed to streamline and simplify any task or project, our Job Costing module makes project management infinitely easier and more successful. With features such as an intuitive project search, resource planning, business intelligence, budget planning, expenses, QA and more all displayed on sophisticated dashboards, our Job Costing module will enable MWA to stay in complete control, wherever their staff are. As Rapport3 is cloud-based, their staff should be able to adapt to any future changes in the industry. 

Our CRM module displays contact information clearly on the dashboard, with an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, keeping it always easily accessible. It also has a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins. This will allow MWA to keep track of their clients as they continue to grow, which is particularly important in times of more remote working. 

Our HR module enables MWA to keep key staff information available in a searchable database, including skills information and performance reviews, which means they can keep track of their talented team as they keep track of every project. It also provides CPD, Benefits and Recruitment features, meaning MWA can ensure they are taking care of their staff as people and as professionals at all times, from one place.

The Newforma integration also allows them to have all valuable information in one place. Using Rapport3 as the single source of truth, new project and team information automatically flows into Newforma, ensuring MWA’s PIM solution is always up-to-date.
