Davies Partnership are Building Services Consultancy Engineers, established in 1996 to bring together a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the Mechanical and Electrical design and facilities management sectors. They pride themselves on working in partnership with their client base to deliver practical solutions to ensure business objectives are met with tailor-made solutions on all aspects of M&E design and consultancy, together with an integrated Facilities Management package.

Over the years, the team at Davies Partnership had developed strong processes to ensure the timely delivery of projects for their clients. But as the business grew and the complexity of projects increased, the board were looking for a central system that would help them better manage and automate all the key processes from initial enquiry through to project close out. Their directors were impressed with how Rapport3 Project Costing could be configured to encourage best practice to be followed by all engineers. They were particularly pleased to see how they could utilise standard templates developed for many similar clients.

Our Rapport3 Contacts (CRM) module will encourage all staff to keep contact information up to date. The Outlook plug-in and mobile app will ensure the contact database grows and business development tasks are created and actioned by the right person at the right time. The standard PowerBI reporting templates will help directors to make faster and more informed decisions to ensure continued success through these challenging times for our industry. 

Integration with Sage allows for the streamlining of data flow between Sage and Rapport3. Approved data from Rapport3 is automatically pushed into Sage, eliminating data double entry and errors.
