An Overview of Our September Successful Focus Group
November 10, 2020

On September 30th, we hosted a virtual CRM focus group across our Rapport3 client base, discussing existing updates to our Contacts module and identifying ideas for future updates.

We recently hosted our first virtual focus group with our Rapport3 clients, focusing on growing our current Contacts module. The focus group consisted of a Zoom session with 25 attendees across our client base and the core team from Cubic Interactive. We displayed our plans to add a ‘Companies’ feature to simplify the management of companies within Rapport3, as well as our plans to add a ‘Company Groups’ feature to allow clients to focus on specific groups of companies as they wish. The group broke into smaller groups of 5-6 people to allow for discussions and to generate ideas, which enabled us to get important client feedback on our existing CRM module and the proposed updates. We are very pleased with the response and are delighted that, with this new update, clients will be able to create some great Rapport3 and PowerBI dashboards pulling together more key metrics.

We had a great response from the attendees as to the structure and flow of the session, with Simon Kelland from Stride Treglown noting, “[...] it was one of best structured and organised Zoom meetings I’ve attended.” Similarly, Meabh O’Dea from Henry J Lyons commented, “ Thanks Danielle and team for your time today. I found it really beneficial and it’s great to see what is in the pipeline.”
