Following the recent customer survey feedback for us to deliver more video tutorials and “how to” guides to allow our customers to get the most out of their products, the second in our monthly webinar series was held in April on the QA module. The QA module is a fantastic tool for any business that wants to ensure they can effectively comply with their ISO accreditations and reduce paperwork. The reports that form part of the module can be run before weekly meetings and audits to highlight where key documentation or checks needs to be completed and uploaded to Rapport3. Tasks can be assigned to people working on the project based on their role on it, so each person only has to worry about their part in the process.

In this webinar we discuss the QA module of Rapport3 and how it can help your business comply with ISO accreditations, and remove physical paperwork. We cover:

  • Setting up a QA template and the options available
  • The QA Tasks Panel
  • The Gateway Documents Panel
  • The Gateway Review Tab and functionality
  • The QA Reports, which can quickly highlight projects where attention needs to be focused in order to bring projects back into compliance

Our next webinar will be held on Friday 17th May and the subject will be Project Analytics Panels. If you are interested in attending the webinar, please sign up or speak to a member of our team for more information. If you would like to know more about any other Rapport3 features or its integrations with other products, get in touch with our team to arrange a demo!
