Concept i is an award-winning interior design and architecture studio based in Bangkok and Shanghai. They undertake retail, commercial, and entertainment projects globally, receiving top industry awards and recognition from peer institutes such as ICSC, IAAPA and International Property Awards.

They came on board in July 2020, selecting our Rapport3 Project Costing and HR modules. Concept i previously had several systems performing the same functions as Rapport3, so wanted to rationalise their systems and costs with a more integrated solution. 

Using various spreadsheets for project and staff information was inefficient for Concept i, so having one sophisticated system with intelligent reporting was an important move for them. They can now access all business information through a single interface (R3), allowing them to deliver key financial information to the appropriate person in the organisation. The HR module will help them manage personnel across their Bangkok and Shanghai offices.

With handy features such as an intuitive project search, resource planning, business intelligence, budget planning, expenses, QA and more, our Job Costing module will help to keep Concept i in complete control. Our HR module allows Concept i to ensure they can recognise potential areas for growth for all their staff as well as assigning the best people to each job they undertake.
