SRA Architects Increase Their Rapport3 Functionality With Xero Integration
April 23, 2021

Existing Cubic Interactive client SRA Architects add Xero Integration to their Rapport3 package to boost functionality and improve efficiency.

SRA Architects is an award-winning Bath-based architectural practice, designing and managing award-winning projects across multiple disciplines and business sectors, including: automotive, community, education, residential, retail, interiors & workplaces. Their services include architecture, interiors, masterplanning & building forensics.

This March, SRA Architects decided to augment their existing Rapport3 package, which consisted of our main Project Costing module and our CRM (Contacts) module, by introducing Xero Integration. They currently invoice from Rapport3 then manually enter invoice information into their Xero accounts system, which is a process prone to mistakes.

Our Xero integration will help SRA Architects to improve productivity and reduce such errors. It establishes an automatic flow of data between systems, including sales invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses. There is a simple transaction approval process prior to data flowing from Rapport3 to Xero, maximising efficiency and accuracy. The removal of data double entry reduces errors and boosts productivity. Furthermore, the automatic alignment of nominal codes, TAX codes, customer and supplier accounts makes accounting simple.

We hope that SRA Architects will enjoy their more integrated solution and appreciate the benefits of having Xero and Rapport3 working together.
