Rapport3’s New Update Improves Sales Invoice Security

With Rapport3’s new update, it is now possible to control which users can set an invoice to a ‘sent’ status. This supports the workflow of sales invoicing and raising for clients who wish to implement this process. Our new feature brings higher security to our clients.


Sent invoice status can be set in Control Panel > Projects > Sales Invoices

There is now a new option on the control panel page:

Rapport3 Invoicing feature

Only users with specific permissions can set an invoice to "sent" status if this option is enabled. These can be the following options below:


  • Sales invoice administrator 
  • Sales invoice sender
