Monthly Rapport3 Tip: Have you ever run a security report?

The security report is extremely useful for determining which staff members are within which security groups and the
specific access rights each member of staff has to each section of Rapport3.
The security report also includes each security group that you currently have on Rapport3, and the access each security group has. This is useful if you wish to determine which security groups to allocate specific staff members, so that they have the correct access rights within Rapport3.
The security report is located within the control panel section of the security console and can be opened as a PDF document:
