RIBA-Chartered practice Player Roberts Bell have adopted Rapport3 in a move away from Microsoft Excel and towards efficiency.

are a small award-winning RIBA Chartered practice based in the Midlands. Their talented team of Architects and Conservation Specialists take a unique and original approach to every project.
They have been using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for a number of years. As the business has grown, they have found the need for a more integrated and sophisticated solution. So they decided to take on our Rapport3 solution, selecting our main Project Costing
module along with our CRM (Contacts)
, Gekko Email
& Xero Integration.
Having all this functionality in one place removes the challenges of entering the same data into multiple systems - such as data double entry and a lack of efficient data reporting. Timesheets, invoicing & billing, QA, project emails & more will now all be available in sophisticated dashboards, allowing PRB to improve their processes.
