Add time and details on the go via the mobile app, or through our Outlook plug-in. This plug-in enables you to add information to the Rapport3 system through Outlook, so there is no need to be constantly swapping apps.

Our resource planning function builds on the budget planning section, providing a greater level of detail by allowing staff to be assigned against the workstage and grade. A RAG-style resource grid is always available to present team availability based on leave and existing commitments. True to Rapport3’s core function, resource planning is never done in isolation from costs. Profit or loss is continuously presented, allowing the user to witness the financial implications of their resource changes.

Quality Assurance 


Quality assurance is an essential aspect to any project, so unlike most management systems, Rapport3 ensures tasks are auto-associated to the project team member and displayed on the user dashboard to review.
