is an architectural practice with a passion for detail and a wide spectrum of experience, based in Dublin, Ireland. Specialising in architecture, urban planning and interiors, our client have a portfolio that spans complex mixed use developments to exquisite private residences. Our client evolved to become one of Ireland's foremost architectural firms. Since its inception the practice has created some of the finest examples of contemporary architecture in Ireland.
Currently the firm is busy, working both domestically and abroad with a number of prestigious projects under development in the UK. Alongside Rapport3, Darmody Architecture

client and have had great success with it for their projects, particularly with recent remote working thanks to it being a cloud-based solution.
Requirements
When asked why they initially chose Gekko, Office Manager Nessa Walsh explained; "7 years ago, the company was using a system that was beginning to be phased out and no longer support by its developers. After searching online, we found Rapport3, and I am so glad that we did. It is critical, especially for me in my role, as office manager for practice admin and HR admin and project admin. It also interacts with Gekko, which has been extremely useful for us."
Our Solution

provides a centralised system for their projects, helping improve efficiency, accuracy of information and dynamic reporting. When asked about how they use Rapport3's reporting functionality, Office Manager Nessa Walsh explained; "We use Rapport3’s reporting function all the time to generate reports on timesheets, WIP and billing schedules. On the HR side I use reports for staff leave and time accrued to projects, which are very useful to have and easily accessible. There are lots of options for reporting with Rapport3, and the chosen reports I run I do so regularly and easily."
Darmody Architecture use Rapport3 at all levels of the business; "Our director engages with it on a daily basis for reference to projects (client and financial information). Our practice architects use it for contact information and for tracking their time which is critical for the practice to have a handle of project budgets."
When asked about their customer service experience, Nessa explained; "The support desk has been very helpful when we have questions - we can be sure the team will get back to us and respond quickly. We particularly like the Rapport3 YouTube videos which clear and helpful - if we have a question quite often the answer is already there."
