Silcock Dawson & Partners joined Cubic Interactive in February 2020, looking to replace their Maximiser CRM system with our Rapport3 Contacts (CRM) Module. With 4 separate offices, over thirteen different building engineering services, and covering over 12 sectors, Silcock Dawson & Partners needed a highly efficient CRM system to keep track of their expansive client base. 

With Rapport3, key contact information is displayed on the dashboard, with an intelligent contact lifecycle - which retains company history in an easily-accessible way. As Silcock Dawson & Partners are structured to provide short lines of communication, with a dedicated Project Engineer assigned to each project acting as a single point of contact for the client, features such as integration with Outlook, a powerful campaign management system, and the ability to manage business development tasks on mobile and Outlook plug-ins are vital.
