Award-winning studio CZWG have recently moved away from using a number of disjointed systems to a single source of truth in Rapport3. 

Founded in 1975, award-winning architectural studio CZWG brings over forty years of technical and delivery experience to every project. Their approach to architecture is inspired by context and collaboration with their clients and end users, with extensive experience in creating and delivering characterful designs that stand out from the crowd. They supplement their architectural offering with services such as BIM and Visual Design. 

CZWG were using a range of different systems before moving to Rapport3, including Microsoft Excel, Plan Chest, and Xero for accounts. Most of these are individual systems that do not integrate, so duplication of data was an issue. Additionally, Plan Chest was no longer being developed, therefore it hadn’t moved on much over recent years. 

CZWG reviewed three products in total: Rapport3, CMAP and Deltek. We are pleased that the CZWG management unanimously voted in favour of Rapport3 as their replacement for Plan Chest. They have adopted our main Rapport3 module, Project Costing , along with our HR , Contacts , Productivity Pack and Xero Integration modules. 

Rapport3 will provide a centralised system for CZWG’s projects, resourcing, fee forecasting, timesheets, expenses, leave booking, and more. Having a centralised system with a single version of the truth will improve efficiency, accuracy of information, dynamic reporting, and allow them to access the benefits of having a system integrated with their account solution.
