Ayer Associates Move Away From Spreadsheets To Rapport3, To Gain Better Billing Visibility

Ayer Associates is an independent, multi-disciplinary development, property, and facilities management consultancy. They have chosen to move to Rapport3 to encourage best practice on managing projects and to gain greater financial insight. 

Ayer associates provide a range of building projects, and consultancy services to help solve property, development, and facilities management challenges worldwide. 

Following several MS teams meetings, the directors decided our solution Rapport3 was the best solution to act as catalyst for best practice.  

Ayer associates have purchased our Project Costing, Contacts (CRM), Productivity Pack & Twinfield Accounts Integration. 

The directors particularly liked our integration with their Twinfields account package that will provide better visibility for their billing. 

Our Contacts (CRM) module will ensure information is kept up to date, with the Outlook plug in and Mobile Phone app helping to grow the contact database and make sure business development tasks are created and actioned by the right person at the right time. 

Through our productivity pack, Ayer Associates can automate many manual tasks associated with new projects, such as using an existing template structure, template documents and folder names for new projects from an existing project. Security settings for the template folder structure are also cloned, simplifying the set-up process, and removing the chance of errors. Being able to automatically create a team in MS teams when setting up a new project means security is controlled via the Rapport3 internal team tab, allowing each member of your project team to have access to the newly created team in MS Teams. 

Rapport3 will provide a centralised system for their projects, resourcing, fee forecasting timesheets, expenses, contacts and more. Our centralised system with a single version of the truth will improve efficiency, accuracy of information and dynamic reporting. They will also benefit from having a system integrated with Twinfields, providing better visibility and facilitating analysis and control of finances.
